JORGE MOEDANO
PAINTER
Mexican painter, experimenter in oil techniques on unconventional, concave, convex and irregular surfaces, fragmented painting to awaken the optical experience with references to concepts of time-space and perception.
Floods and fires as classic settings, disaster and calm as the main theme. Practicing techniques and values such as tone and light in wide and current silences, which do not come from the calm but from the storm, constant experimentation towards what would be a natural movement in third dimension, rather than a repetitive technique.
Currently more in direct experimentation on the three-dimensional effect of the pieces, evoking a locomotive realism.
